Local zoning regulations can vary widely in our multi-state region, one major reason why we sell our homes through local real estate companies and manufactured home retailers who know your area well. A New Vision retailer nearest you knows the local zoning regulations and will work with you and the county or city municipalities to ensure no issues when it comes to home prep, delivery, placement, and ensuring that all the correct permits are acquired.  They are your boots on the ground and one of the most important players when it comes to getting your home set for move-in.

Our retailers and home dealers are truly a one-stop shop for buying a New Vision home and they make the process easy as pie.

• Coordinating all site prep and foundation work on your property

• Transport, positioning, and final installation of the home

• Offer packages which can include home skirting, any custom decking, steps, and other custom amenities.

• Prep your home for move-in day by coordinating all local contractors for the electrical, sewer/water, and gas installations.

• Financing – Many of our retailers also offer financing options which includes multiple lenders to shop to get you the best rates.

Most of our New Vision retailers have relationships with national home lenders and the local banks.  We recommend contacting your local retailer for their available financing options, as they can guide you through the current programs available from lenders, help you quickly get pre-approved and apply to lock in the best rates.  Many of our retailers also have in-house financing for first-time homebuyers.

Yes, each New Vision home comes standard with a 1-year limited-warranty that covers the structure and construction.  Internal appliances come standard with their original manufacturer warranty.   Our steel roofs come with a 25-year manufacturer’s warranty.  Our hardboard siding comes with a 30-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Additional extended-warranty coverage can be purchased via our home retailers that sells New Vision Manufacturing home models.

With the major components covered in your first year of use, your family can sleep easy knowing their new house was built correctly & will last a long time.

Yes, this is called a retail sold order, where you custom design your New Vision home and your local retailer handles the rest.  Each New Vision retailer has all of our available decor and color swatches as well as samples for many interior and exterior home components that you can choose from.  Being a build-to-order home, there are hundreds of different color combinations to choose from.
